When fashion sensibilities pair with lush foliage, it’s a surreal experience waiting to happen. Amit Aggarwal’s 3rd store launch in Delhi was nothing short of that. A night of drinking, dancing, music and making merry.
But the spotlight shone the brightest on the ultimate collaboration with Interflora.
Amit’s collection is a peek into a utopian world. Dark, deep and full of dreams. The idea was reflected through pod motifs used extensively across the store.
Interflora’s team built on this and extended the idea through a central installation and photo ops that added a mystical touch and transformed the venue into an apocalyptic Garden of Eden.
Crafted with dark aesthetics, the egg-like pods and extraneous animals told a tale of life as we know it. With beautiful dry and fresh green foliage flowing out of them, it made one ponder about growth, reproduction and regeneration.
Alongside, the additional greens added to its magnificence – Roots, branches, Orchids and Supari Palm.
As for the attendees, they surely left with a gleaming spark in their eyes. Not only were they overtaken by fine fashion and ethereal foliage but the arcadian aura, full of meaning and vision, left them with something to ponder upon.
