With majestic hues of red, orange, gold and white ruling the evening, the occasion was a true sight to behold! The entire hall looked regal, like a royal courtyard almost, and the mandap surrounded by premium flowers on one end was definitely a showstopper. Strategically placed wooden chairs, each with a rose on it, followed by ascending levels of magnificent diwans with stone carved centerpieces consisting of red roses and daisies were an instant hit with guests. The sides of the staircase were lined with flower pots that only accentuated the beauty of this setup.
This intimate ceremony at a beach house in Mahabalipuram gave Interflora ample opportunity to use the produce of nearby farms for the local variety of stunning flowers like chrysanthemums, roses, daisies, marigolds, lotus, dry pampas and dry stems. The minimal decor radiated positivity and mindfulness with its earthy hues of green, beige and whites. The food table was set up with flowers exuding a Japanese-Ikebana-meets-South-Indian traditional style.
