Haldi – this traditional pre-wedding ritual gives us plenty to play with the concept; as the color literally stands for yellow, we decided to go with the “sweet sunshine” theme for this one.
Tanya and Adhiraj knew exactly what they were looking for – a vibrant and spectacular affair of splashing positivity. The color yellow oozes with radiance and it’s amazing to conceptualize within floral decor especially during the day and Haldi being a day-ritual helped us even more in order to execute what our designers had sought.
The décor was simply entangled with high-spirited vibes which made the event bursting with life. The outdoors had come to life just like the Eden Gardens of heaven. The entrance path, the seating arrangement for the couple were adorned with numerous Chrysanthemum, Tulip, Marigold, and yellow Daisy; the ceiling over the seating arrangement saw hanging ferns with yellow accents to bring forth the vibrant color scheme of the event and to make it look even more bright. The pillars also had climbing greens with a touch of yellow to incorporate the cheerful element.
The tables had contemporary glass vases of two different sizes and they held yellow Roses paired with a hint of greens and whites to create a contrast. The cheerful vibe of the atmosphere was created to make the guests feel close to nature. The gorgeous vases had a subtle sheen to them which gleamed to the rays of the sun.
The whole “full of life” concept was to represent young love and the beginning of a new life that awaits the couple. The ambience was radiating and positive; the guests absolutely loved the vibrant yet soothing element that the décor carried. Somehow the venue was turned into a Scottish meadow with bright hues. This décor was definitely perfect to mark the young couple’s journey ahead.
