Interflora covered one such beautiful wedding in Cochin, of a couple whose love story was written in the heavens above. The reason why they chose ‘Written in the Stars’ as the theme for their unforgettable evening. Full of wonder and romance, what a night it was!
The preparations were the most exciting part for the Interflora team. After a round of innovative discussions and brainstorming, the team jumped straight into execution and began to weave their ideas into a dreamy evening.
To create a distinct Varmala ceremony, the team created an extraordinary entrance tunnel with breathtaking floral arches. While the Varmalas were crafted with fresh blooms, an intricate, art installation paid homage to them.
Attention to detail was given to an attractive centerpiece too. The team crafted a heavenly floral fountain with pink latkan to complement the calming hues of the event.
For the wedding mandap, Interflora picked an Indo-western touch. Unlike something ever seen before! Working with both delicate and massive structures, an octagon Vidhi mandap was created and embellished with Tagar jali work, Kaner, Rajnigandha and Thai tassels. But the magnificent aura was elevated with a large backdrop with a white Sevanti pasting adorned with golden acrylic flowers. It was truly like a painting of blooms.
To add to this beautiful view, hedges, crystal installations, floral chandeliers and a cascading floral ceiling infused a mesmerizing touch to the celebrations. And thanks to our divine florals, the event was a success – Hydrangeas, Phalaenopsis, Delphiniums.
The saga of the wedding was so beautiful, it’s etched in the couple’s minds forever. And they get to carry this beautiful memory for the rest of their lives.
