Dear Customers,
The safety of our clients and employees is our first concern and we’re doing everything in our power to ensure this. We’re so glad to be back! Shutters open, lights on, and the grind starts. But first, we’ve set our factory ground rules that are followed every day.
We recognize the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and well-being of our employees, florists, you, our valued customers, and your loved ones are always our number one priority.
We have taken all the necessary steps and are strictly following the govt guidelines to help curb the spread of the outbreak. Here is the list of steps followed at all of our factories:
1. Sorting and working area is cleaned every day with disinfectant solution and a clean sponge; the area is dried before use.
2. All the tools and equipment which are used in cutting/Sorting/Packing/Labelling are also cleaned and sanitized with a disinfectant solution every day without fail.
3. Before placing the sorted flowers in the cold store, the cold store is cleaned and sanitized with the recommended fumigation process. This process helps to destroy the bacterial spores which are present in the air. This process of fumigation is done every day to keep the cold store bacterial and fungus free which has an impact on the shelf life of flowers.
4. Changing of cold store water is done every day. It’s very effective in increasing and maintaining flowers’ quality and safety.
5. Safety gear like gloves, mask, sanitization is compulsory for every employee.
6. A temperature check is done of all our florists and delivery executives every morning before work.
7. Strict Hygiene Practices for Cakes and Confectionery: Strict hygiene practices are being followed by our bakers while handling the products and equipment.
8. Strictly follow social distancing: All our staff is maintaining social distancing at all costs, be it within the team or outside the warehouses and offices.
9. Our covid-safe trained delivery executives carry out contact-less delivery.
10. Restricted Entry in Warehouses: The entry of people in the warehouses is restricted to our warehouse employees only. No one from outside, including our logistics partners, is allowed to enter the warehouses.

FAQ:
How Will My Flowers Be Delivered?
For everyone’s peace of mind, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery experience. How does it work? Our florist will place the flowers at the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst the recipient takes delight in their gift. They’ll be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox.
Can Flowers Carry Coronavirus?
According to information published on The World Health Organisation’s website: “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
